"Tutors4Me" refers to the business and people running this "Website";
"Website" refers to the internet web site and service provided by "Tutors4Me";
"Tutors" refers to anyone who has registered to place their profile on the "Website";
"Clients" refers to anyone browsing the website pages or using its services, including anyone using the "Website" to contact a "Tutor".
Using any service on the "Tutors4Me" Tutor "Website", constitutes an agreement and understanding binding you, the "Client" or "Tutor" to agree to and adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing the content of www.Tutors4Me.co.uk (“Website”) and using any service provided by the "Tutors4Me" Tutor "Website" you agree to be legally bound to the terms and conditions set out herein and have read, understood and accept our Privacy Policy. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the "Website" and stop browsing the "Website" immediately.

All "Website" users ("Clients" and "Tutors") must read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this "Website" when contacting a "Tutor" advertising on this "Website" or registering your profile should you be a "Tutor". If these the Terms and Conditions are not read, understood and agreed to, a "Tutor" should not be contacted, or your "Tutor" profile be published.

You (All "Website" users) agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.

You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the Terms and Conditions set out in this agreement.

Modification

Tutors4Me reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

Tutors4Me has complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.

Limitation of liability

Tutors4Me will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.

Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of Tutors4Me, its employees or agents.

Copyright

All intellectual property of Tutors4Me such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Tutors4Me.

By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Tutors4Me and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.

Disclaimers

The information is provided on the understanding that the website is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision.

The information contained with the Website is provided on an “as is” basis with no warranties expressed or otherwise implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website.

"Tutors4Me" will not disclose personal details of "Tutors" without their consent, apart from details necessary to display their advert such as Name, Area, Town, County, Phone (if supplied), "Website" URL (if supplied) and text supplied by the "Tutor" describing their tuition services. "Tutor" email addresses and passwords will not be disclosed and held in highly secure encrypted form.

Tutors

"Tutors" placing their profiles on this "Website" must be aged 21 or over and be fully qualified to teach in the United Kingdom holding a recognised degree in the subjects taught or PGCE.
"Tutors" must provise a home or office based tutoring service where the "Client" either visits them, or the "Tutor" visits the "Client" at a suitable pre-arranged location, e.g. the "Clients" home.
"Tutors" who provide their services solely "online" will not be accepted.
"Tutors4Me" will only accept "Tutors" who teach academic based subjects that work toward officially recognised qualifications.
"Tutors" agree not to use this service for any illegal or unlawful purpose
"Tutors" agree that their password will not be disclosed to any other person
"Tutors" agree to arrange fee payment directly from the Clients
"Tutors" registering on the "Website" agree to provide truthful content in their profile
"Tutors" agree to reply directly and promptly to "Client" enquiries
"Tutors" registering on the "Website" must guarantee that information given does not contravene any legislation governing the provision of service or advertising of goods
"Tutors" must not have a criminal record
"Tutors" must be a resident of the United Kingdom and have a permanent residential address in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland
"Tutors" profile must not contain any content with potential to offend - eg: racist, obscene, defamatory, sexist, prejudiced or abusive
"Tutors" may alter their profiles at any time by using the Tutor Administration system on the "Website"
"Tutors" registering on the "Website" agree not to abuse this service
"Tutors" may cancel or suspend their registration at any time via the Tutor Administration System available on the "Website" but be aware that cancelling their registration will be subject to the delay mentioned in the Administration system prior to all information being removed from the website (contact details are removed immediately), and an undetermined period where content is indexed on other websites (not under our control) such as search engines.
"Tutors" accept sole responsibility in checking the credibility and true requirements of a "Client"
"Tutors" agree that using the "Website" is at "Sole Risk"
"Tutors" agree that "Tutors4Me" are exonerated from any costs or liability resulting from losses, expenses, damages or violation incurred using this service
"Tutors" agree not to pass on any information about "Clients" to any third party (person, business or website, mailing list)
"Tutors" agree that the "Clients" email address and phone number will only be used for the purposes of arranging tutoring lessons. No unsolicited contact may be made with the "Client"
"Tutors" are not employed by "Tutors4Me". They are self employed and responsible for paying their own income tax, National Insurance contributions and any other fees such as insurance in relation to their tuition services
The "Tutors" profile will not be shown on the "Website" until "Tutors4Me" have approved the application
"Tutors4Me" reserves the right to edit "Tutors" profiles
"Tutors4Me" reserves the right to remove "Tutors" profiles without notice or giving a reason
"Tutors4Me" cannot be held responsible for non-payment by "Clients"
"Tutors4Me" cannot be held responsible for inappropriate or illegal behaviour of "Clients"
"Tutors4Me" cannot be held responsible for false, misleading, illegal or libellous "Client" enquiries
"Tutors4Me" cannot be held accountable legally or otherwise, without limitation for the use and content of the "Website" where content has been provided or uploaded by a Third-Party (eg. a "Tutor" or a Hacker)
"Tutors4Me" cannot be held responsible for errors or delays in publication of advertisements and amendments to "Tutors" profiles
"Tutors4Me" reserve the right to refuse any registration or remove an advertisement without giving a reason
"Tutors4Me" cannot be held responsible for "Client" refunds or with-held payments to "Tutors"

Clients

"Tutors4Me" cannot be held responsible for misleading, false or illegal information on "Tutors" profiles
"Tutors4Me" cannot be held responsible for the inappropriate or illegal behaviour of "Tutors"
"Tutors4Me" cannot be held responsible for "Client" refunds or with-held payments to "Tutors"
"Tutors4Me" cannot be held accountable legally or otherwise, without limitation for the use of and content of the "Website" where content has been provided or uploaded by a Third-Party (eg. a "Tutor" or a Hacker)
"Clients" agree to pay any "Tutor" directly for any tuition lessons or meeting arranged
"Clients" agree to make only genuine enquiries when contacting a "Tutor"
"Clients" utilising the "Website" agree not to abuse the "Website"
"Clients" agree that "Tutors4Me" are exonerated from any costs or liability resulting from expenses, losses, violation or damages incurred using the Website
"Clients" agree not to use the "Website" for any unlawful or illegal purpose
"Clients" agree that utilising the service of the "Website" is at "Sole Risk"
"Clients" accept sole responsibility in checking and accepting the suitability, credibility, qualifications and Police Clearance of the "Tutor" when entering into a tutorial agreement/commitment.

Third parties

The "Website" may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties. We do not control such websites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in such websites.

Any views and opinions stated in "Tutor" profiles are not necessarily those of "Tutors4Me".

Severance

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Governing law and jurisdiction

"Tutors4Me" abides by the Law and will provide information, if requested to Police and Government Departments.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
